Why choose Charli & Think Big Do Bigger?
As a Community Psychologist and Stress Management Coach with a background in mental health and homelessness services, as well as personal experience of stress and anxiety, I bring together knowledge and real world experience of living with and managing stress. And my creative background enables me to present the content in a way that is engaging for your staff, ensuring they get the most out of the day and take away real tools for looking after their wellbeing moving forward.
The training is delivered using a range of learning techniques such as demonstrations, group work/participation and paper based exercises to meet the needs of different learning styles. And is delivered in a workshop style whereby participants are encouraged to contribute and engage with the process, steering away from the more traditional powerpoint style training.
Most importantly however, before the training I do my research. I get to know your organisation and what it's all about so that I can shape my delivery to really meet the needs of your staff.
