The Impact Circle is our community of supporters who co-create, reflect, change, and thrive with us. By joining, you don’t just “donate”, you actively shape and sustain our creative wellbeing projects.

Anyone! Individuals, freelancers, small businesses, and larger organisations are all welcome. There are four Impact Steps to choose from - including a free option, so everyone can find a way to get involved.

Yes. From free “Step In” members to Anchor Partners, everyone has one equal vote in our community decisions.

We hold 2–3 votes a year (online surveys). These might include:

• Which creative wellbeing project to prioritise next.

• How to use pooled funds (materials, outreach, events).

• What themes to explore in workshops or campaigns.

These are informal online or in-person sessions where Step Forward members and above help shape the agenda for upcoming votes and share ideas.

Your contribution directly funds creative wellbeing in communities, covering art materials, workshop delivery, outreach to underserved groups, core running costs and our annual gathering.

Yes, anytime. Log into your account or contact us, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with no fuss.

That’s okay! You can still Step In for free by following us, sharing our work, and signing up to the Impact Newsletter. You’ll still get a vote and invitations to the annual gathering.

Yes. Freelancers and small businesses can join as Impact Partners (Step Forward), and larger organisations can become Anchor Partners, with branding and co-promotion included.

Not exactly. This isn’t about buying perks, it’s about co-creating change. Every supporter is a co-producer, not just a donor.

We share updates in the Monthly Impact Newsletter, including stories, photos, and results from projects. You’ll see exactly what you’ve helped make happen.

We’re a CIC, so contributions are not tax-deductible in the same way as charity donations. However, some businesses may be able to log their membership as a marketing or CSR expense.

Even with a small group, the Impact Circle works. Every pound goes straight into projects, and every vote shapes our decisions. Small beginnings, big impact.
