Mindful Art
In The Park
Free, drop-in creative wellbeing sessions in a calm space to pause, make something, and reconnect with yourself.
No experience needed. No pressure to talk or share. Just come as you are.

What Is Mindful Art in the Park?
Mindful Art in the Park is a gentle, accessible creative wellbeing session designed to support relaxation, reflection and connection.
Sessions are held weekly during term time with thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund.
Sessions focus on the process of creating rather than the finished artwork. Using simple materials and optional prompts, participants are invited to slow down, notice the present moment, and engage creatively in a way that feels comfortable for them.
You can try a guided activity, or work freely with the materials provided, or bring something of your own.
